Service Operations Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service activities across Australia, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize service orders, scheduling Service Technicians as required.
  • Process and distribute service reports and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of service agreements, including renewal management.
  • Assist with quotations for service contracts, spares, and consumables, providing accurate pricing and availability information.
  • Coordinate work performed by sub-contractors, raising purchase orders and processing invoices accordingly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • TAFE Diploma or equivalent qualification in administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of administration experience, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Proven customer relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff and customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
