Visual Designer Opportunity

As a Visual Designer, you will play a key role in creating artwork that consistently reflects our brand identity and adheres to established style guides.

About the Role:
  • Protect and align all touch points with our creative vision and guide.
  • Manage time across multiple projects to deliver results on time, providing detailed and quality feedback throughout projects to stakeholders.
  • Develop positive and productive relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and store teams.
  • Work alongside Designers and Buyers across Merchandise.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience delivering creative, inspirational, and commercially effective visual design solutions within retail or visual merchandising.
  • Formal qualifications in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) on Mac OS.
  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft applications.
  • Typography and image retouching skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills to influence, build, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Outstanding time-management and organisational skills, prioritising, adapting, and delivering in fast-paced or uncertain environments.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in preparing finished art, including font management, meeting deadlines, and applying knowledge of diverse print processes.
