We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and mentoring a large team of enthusiastic team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead our restaurant team and ensure the delivery of high-quality food and excellent customer service.
About the Role: As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading, supporting, and managing your team on a day-to-day basis. This includes working front of house, leading by example, cooking on the grill & chip stations, and helping out on the floor. You will also be focused on product quality, customer experience, processes, training, safety, and employee experience.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a large team of enthusiastic team members
- Work front of house, leading by example, cooking on the grill & chip stations, and helping out on the floor
- Focusing on product quality, customer experience, processes, training, safety, and employee experience
- Helping your team with meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain and ensure compliance to ensure food quality and customer satisfaction are kept to a high standard
- Assisting the Restaurant Manager with managing business financials including profit & loss, budgets, and KPI's
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You must also have proven leadership and coaching ability, someone who leads from the front and sets a great example for their team. Additionally, you should pride yourself on a customer first approach and empower your team to do the same.
