About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for handling complex Estate Planning matters, including Probate, Property Transmissions, Superannuation Death Benefit Claims, Trust Disputes, Family Provision Applications, and Solemn Form proceedings.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of the law, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be articulate, have a calm demeanor, and be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike.

  • Prepare and review basic and complex Estate Planning documents, including Will, Testamentary Trusts, and Powers of Attorney.
  • Provide expert advice on Probate, Property Transmissions, Superannuation Death Benefit Claims, Trust Disputes, Family Provision Applications, and Solemn Form proceedings.
  • Draft and finalize legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Estate Planning Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:
