Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Reliability and Efficiency Manager to join our team in Port Hedland. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing mechanical maintenance activities at the port, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of mechanical systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Review and adjust the weekly draft schedule, monitor and report on schedule metrics, and manage week-end closeouts
- Oversee work management processes, approve and ensure the quality of notifications and work orders, and distribute daily work assignments
- Provide coaching on best practices, step up as Supervisor when required, and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), identify and action improvements to the Work Management System, and update Preventive Maintenance Instructions (PMI)
- Monitor and manage accurate time confirmations, manage Master Data Management (MDM) and parts inventory, and conduct audits of completed works
- Completed of mechanical trade apprenticeship & Current Drivers Licence
- Strong understanding of, and experience working within, a Port Operations environment
- Knowledge of the Mines Safety & Inspection Act and Regulation
- Experience in planning and scheduling of work and resources
