Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate property inspections, repairs, and maintenance with external providers.
  • Ensure a collaborative approach to repairs, maintenance, and inspection matters.
  • Access required systems and processes to support property management.
  • Understand relevant legislations and industry codes for inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Provide advice on and escalate difficult matters to the Principal Property Officer.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in coordinating and managing high-volume work for property repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
  • Capacity to manage external service providers for property repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
  • Understanding of NSW Trustee & Guardian's key services and customer base.
