We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our brewing department as a Lead Brewer.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brewing processes, including fermentation, filtration, and packaging. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain high levels of productivity while ensuring safety and housekeeping standards.
Key responsibilities include maintaining safety and housekeeping standards, supporting the Head Brewer in managing and improving flavour stability, leading brewing projects, enhancing brewing hygiene, and developing brewing plans in collaboration with the Production Manager.
Requirements for this role include 5-7 years of experience in brewing or a related field, an understanding of process control in a brewing environment, assertiveness and analytical skills, and proven technical brewing knowledge and ability.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Support the Head Brewer in improving brewing quality.
- Develop and implement new brewing techniques.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to achieve production targets.
