We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Centre Director to lead our team and drive our centre's success. As a Centre Director, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and meeting financial targets.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage the centre's operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and improve centre performance.
- Mentor and support educators to meet and exceed National Quality Standards.
About You
- You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- You have a current Working with Children's Check and experience in a management or leadership role.
- You are passionate about delivering high-quality early childhood education and care, and you are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children and families.
