Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to support the delivery of industrial projects on an 18-month contract basis.

In this role, you will collaborate with clients, developers, and stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones.
  • Track progress, risks, and compliance throughout each project phase.
  • Prepare and present reports and documentation for project tracking.
Requirements:
  • Experience in project coordination, construction, or industrial development.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of cold storage facilities, industrial developments, and compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate complex projects effectively.
Deliverables:
  • Project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Regular progress reports and updates.
  • Documentation and presentations for project tracking.
