
Strategic Product Development Manager

Leads customer-facing initiatives, new business development, product delivery and marketing services. Collaborates with senior management to define products based on market trends and ensure updates are aligned with the product roadmap.
- Develops financial models and cost management strategies with the CFO.
- Creates launch materials for the Sales Team to use with customers.
- Develops user cases and business cases for new products.
- Fosters customer relationships and expands the business's customer base.
- Leads junior sales engineering staff and supports business development activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of product marketing experience in a customer-focused role.
- Experience working with software/computer engineering personnel.
- Understanding of wireless systems, Wi-Fi networking and ICT systems navigation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and autonomously as part of a team.
- Potential travel to other states nationally and internationally.
