Key Performance Manager Role

The role of a Performance Manager is instrumental in driving business success by overseeing the digital performance landscape and fostering best-in-class implementations across various channels.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of digital performance within client teams to achieve strategic goals
  • Provide expert guidance on digital performance strategy, partnerships, and technical opportunities to clients
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and their teams through exceptional digital performance delivery
  • Collaborate effectively to deliver integrated media solutions for clients, meeting or surpassing their digital performance targets
  • Ensure the successful execution and optimization of biddable programs and campaigns

This role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in implementing or buying digital marketing campaigns across at least two channels - paid search, paid social, and/or programmatic. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of bid management tools, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to exceed client and campaign objectives.
