Service Crew Operator Role

The role of a Service Crew Operator is crucial to the success of our underground mining operations. This position plays a key part in providing support services that enable timely development and production.

We are looking for someone who shares our values and is passionate about delivering exceptional results, with a strong focus on safety, environmental sustainability, and efficiency.

This exciting opportunity includes responsibilities such as maintaining underground facilities, operating tools and machinery, and performing preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.

In this role, you will also provide operational support and ensure equipment is in good working order through scheduled inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair underground facilities and equipment
  • Operate various tools and machinery, including elevated work platforms and hydraulic equipment
  • Provide knowledge and expertise to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks and inspections to ensure all equipment is in good working condition
About You:
  • You have experience in underground operations, preferably in a service or paste crew capacity
  • Operating trucks is advantageous, but not essential
  • You hold Dangerous Goods and Working at Heights Tickets
  • A valid manual driver's license is required
