Biosecurity Specialist

This role focuses on the frontline of animal and plant health, pest management, and biosecurity response efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct fieldwork and compliance tasks for pest animals, weeds, and disease management
  • Support emergency responses, surveillance, and disease investigations
  • Foster strong relationships with landholders, communities, and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Appropriate certifications or ability to obtain them
  • Current NSW driver's license and willingness to travel
