Senior Consultant Role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our high-performing team, providing strategic level advice and support to government and large corporations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Formulating business strategies and advising on business and operating models to drive growth and build organizational resilience.
  • Advising on major government policy reforms and evaluating government programs.
  • Developing business cases for major infrastructure and technology investments.
  • Managing transformation programs and projects.
  • Delivering high-quality, forward-thinking, and innovative solutions for a range of clients.
  • Sustaining long-term relationships with our clients, founded on integrity and trust.

We are looking for a strategic thinker with an ability to formulate options to complex problems. You will have a strong understanding of how organizations can structure their operations to build resilience and drive continuous improvement. A sound commercial acumen and an understanding of financial implications of decisions are essential. Additionally, you will have a demonstrated ability to apply systems thinking and analysis techniques to complex problems. Your highly developed written and verbal communication skills will be critical in delivering high-quality solutions.

A tertiary-level education in commerce, business, finance, marketing, technology or similar degrees is required. Project management qualifications are desirable.
