Procurement and Infrastructure Leadership Role

This senior leadership position is responsible for driving strategic procurement and infrastructure initiatives to support business growth and operational resilience.

  • Develop a facilities strategy that supports the bank's operational resilience and risk management.
  • Provide strategic oversight of procurement and infrastructure activities to promote sustainable business growth.
  • Establish and maintain robust governance structures to embed policies, frameworks, and best practices in procurement.
  • Lead negotiations with external partners to ensure long-term value and strategic alignment.
  • Ensure financial planning and investment decisions support cost efficiency and operational resilience.
  • Develop supplier Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) assessment frameworks to drive accountability and impact in supplier selection and management.
Key Requirements:
  • Leadership experience in procurement, infrastructure, or operational risk management within a regulated environment.
  • Strategic mindset with capability to translate business objectives into operational and procurement strategies.
  • Strong governance and risk management expertise, including knowledge of compliance, regulatory frameworks, and financial controls.
  • Commitment to the organization's purpose, values, and brand, as well as sustainability principles.
