Job Title: Cafe Attendant & Games Host

This role is for a motivated individual who can provide excellent customer service and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating cafes and experiences across various attractions, providing guests with a fun and interactive experience.

  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests
  • Ensure correct stock and food handling procedures are always followed
  • Check deliveries, maintain accurate stock records, and store food items at the correct temperature
  • Develop product knowledge to assist customers in making informed choices
  • Maintain cash handling and EFTPOS accuracy to reduce variances

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and experience in retail and/or hospitality. They must be able to work weekends, flexible hours, and shifts of varying lengths, including early mornings and late evenings.

Qualifications & Experience

Key qualifications and skills include:

  • Proven ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service
  • Previous experience with handling cash, processing transactions, and maintaining numeracy skills
  • Intermediate PC skills
  • Food safety awareness
  • Ability to act as an area warden where applicable
  • Exceptional communication skills and a flexible approach
