Floral Wholesale Specialist

Labour Solutions Australia is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Floral Wholesale Specialist to join their team in Sandgate.

This role will be working Monday to Friday, approximately 38 hours per week, with one Saturday shift per month. The start time will be around 7am.

The Job:

• Promote excellent customer service skills by assisting clients in-store and over the phone, ensuring their floral visions are realized.
• Operate the POS system efficiently, handling EFTPOS transactions accurately.
• Develop engaging store presentations and precise pricing strategies, showcasing innovative merchandising techniques.
• Maintain high-quality standards in stock control, guaranteeing every bloom and plant meets Labour Solutions Australia's exceptional quality standards.
• Contribute to order processing, overseeing incoming and outgoing orders carefully.
• Support a safe and pristine work environment through diligent housekeeping and adherence to Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations.
• Embrace additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating proactive and professional approaches.

About You:

• A background in retail sales or wholesale markets, with exceptional customer interaction skills.
• A self-motivated individual capable of achieving stellar performance even when unsupervised.
• Hold floristry training or equivalent knowledge, with an in-depth understanding of various floral varieties.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using computers for tasks such as stock takes.
• A reliable team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Be physically fit and ready to start each day from 5am as part of Labour Solutions Australia's dedicated team.
