Mimco Sales Consultant Role

We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team at Mimco. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable about our products and services.
  • Utilize available tools to stay up-to-date with the latest products and share that knowledge with customers.
  • Contribute to the smooth operations of the store through effective management of stock and loss prevention.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store is presented in accordance with brand standards.
  • Live and role model the Country Road Group values by collaborating with the store team to deliver results.
