Maintenance Planner Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. This role will be responsible for the Maintenance Planning and Compliance of all Preventative Maintenance Work Procedures.

  • Collaborate with maintenance specialists to develop annual maintenance plans within SAP.
  • Organize the creation of new maintenance work procedures as required.
  • Manage network preventative maintenance in a safe, reliable, and cost-effective manner.
  • Develop quality criteria and technical specifications for preventative maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma in asset management or a related field and 5 years' experience in a maintenance-related role. They must have knowledge of maintenance management systems, preventative maintenance work procedures, compliance, reporting, and administration associated with maintenance management.

The selected candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to ensure the reliability and efficiency of equipment.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Manage and execute preventative maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Reporting and Administration: Provide accurate and timely reports on maintenance activities and manage administrative tasks related to maintenance management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Asset Management or related field.
  • 5 years' experience in a maintenance-related role.
  • Knowledge of maintenance management systems and preventative maintenance work procedures.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
