Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven professional with strong leadership skills to lead mining, production, and operational activities.

This individual will direct and control efficient and safe open-pit mining and processing operations, adhering to statutory laws.

The role involves managing Principal Mining Hazards, ensuring safe operation of equipment and plant, and conducting audits for continuous safety improvements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Direct and control open-pit mining and processing operations.
  • Manage Principal Mining Hazards and ensure safe operation of equipment and plant.
  • Conduct audits for continuous safety improvements.
  • Lead mining, production, and operational activities across the site.
Requirements
  • Minimum five years of experience in mining or closely related production environments.
  • Proven supervision and leadership skills, Workplace First Aid Certification, and relevant licenses and tickets.
  • Knowledge of Accounting Principles, Budget, and Cost control, as well as a current driver's license.
