A highly experienced RN is sought after to provide exceptional patient care and triage services in a dynamic practice environment.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, empathy, and a professional approach to deliver high-quality patient care.
- A background in General Practice and/or Triage is essential for this role.
This practice offers a full-time or part-time position with flexible shifts/days.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments to efficiently triage patients.
- Deliver high-quality patient care and take decisive actions for patients requiring emergency attention or experiencing health deterioration.
- Offer healthcare-related education to patients as needed.
- Complete all documentation accurately and promptly.
- Current ALS/CPR AHPRA Registration.
- Strong critical thinking skills, effective time management, and prioritisation.
- Flexibility to work across all shifts/days.
