Unlocking Business Insights with Expert Data Science

We are seeking an experienced and skilled data scientist to join our growing research and development team.
- In this role, you will work closely with physicists and engineers to transform raw imaging and spectral data into meaningful insights.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working at the intersection of experimental science and computational analytics.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Pipeline Development: Develop and optimise data pipelines using Python for data analysis.
- Advanced Statistical and Machine Learning Methods: Apply advanced statistical and machine learning methods to ensure reproducibility and scalability of analysis routines.
- Dataset Analysis: Work with spectral and/or imaging datasets, including multivariate statistical techniques (e.g. PLS, PCA, k-fold validation).
- Collaborative Development: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) for collaborative development and reproducible code management.
- Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with experience working in multidisciplinary teams across research and/or technical domains.
