Marketing Manager Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that align with our overall business objectives.

Job Description:

The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in promoting our recruitment software products, fostering demand generation and campaign management, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue goals. You will also be responsible for developing localized marketing strategies for Australia and New Zealand, ensuring cultural relevance and market adaptability.

  • Foster demand generation and campaign management, working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute localized marketing strategies for Australia and New Zealand, ensuring cultural relevance and market adaptability.
  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual event marketing, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer meetups.
  • Manage social media to build brand awareness and drive engagement among recruitment agencies.
  • Work with designers and content teams to create high-impact marketing collateral with consistent brand messaging.
  • Maintain cross-functional alignment with stakeholders across product marketing and customer success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven understanding of software marketing and at least 3 years of experience in a successful marketing manager role.
  • Strong grasp of modern marketing strategies and experience running integrated marketing plans.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Able to leverage AI-powered marketing tools to drive decision-making and cross-functional execution.
  • Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
