About the Role:

This critical new role will provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the regions that deliver the Refugee Employment Support Program. It is responsible for ensuring quality service delivery, workforce planning, staffing and recruitment strategies, performance management, financial management, and implementing strategies for continual improvement.

About You:

We are looking for someone to lead with a strategic plan and manage operations of the program. You should have good working knowledge of local, state and national labour markets, proven business development skills, excellent communication skills, high-level negotiation skills, and ability to influence.

Selection Criteria:

  • Qualifications in Business Management, Leadership or similar desirable or be willing to work towards
  • Good working knowledge of local, state and national labour markets
  • High level customer centric approach and the ability to lead teams to achieve customer service standards, KPIs and targets
  • Management, leadership, and mentoring capability
  • Administrative, organisational, budgetary, reporting and planning skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and motivational skills
  • Client focus and the ability to act empathetically and sensitively with refugees and asylum seekers
  • Analytical interpretation and advanced problem-solving abilities
