Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead the development and execution of quality and training frameworks across our organization. The successful candidate will have full ownership of our ISO-accredited QMS, shaping audit readiness, national compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.

">Duties
  • Own and maintain ISO 9001 QMS
  • Lead internal audits, NCOR, and CAPA reporting
  • Prepare and manage external audit readiness across all sites
  • Design and deliver national training programs
  • Develop SOPs and supporting training content
  • Provide insights on compliance risks to the executive team
  • Develop SOPs and training materials
  • Partner with operational leads to drive quality and process improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a Certified ISO Lead Auditor with proven QMS ownership, experienced in LMS platforms and national training design. They will also have a strong background in audit management and risk reporting, as well as clear and confident communication skills to influence across levels.
