This role involves providing exceptional donor care, processing donations and event registration packs.
About the Role- Sort, open and distribute mail on arrival daily.
- Process receipts, welcome packs, incentives and event registration packs by end of day.
- Manage phone donations, ticket fees and event registrations.
- Respond to donor queries in a professional manner.
- Complete the donor thank you process to an appropriate standard.
- Import various data lists into Salesforce, including Workplace Giving, Regular Giving files and raffle ticket purchases.
- Follow up on declined transactions within 24 hours.
- Maintain databases with complete accuracy.
- A relevant administration or secretarial qualification is desired.
- Minimum one years' experience in administration or secretarial roles.
- Prior experience working in a team environment.
- Experience working within Salesforce is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and multitask.
