Job Overview

Immersive Technologies, a leading provider of operator training simulators, is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. This 12-month fixed-term maternity cover role will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional payroll services to our Australian offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end Payroll Processing: Manage the entire payroll process, including updating records and liaising with staff on queries.
  • Timely Pay Runs: Ensure each pay run is completed accurately and on time.
  • Leave Management: Prepare monthly leave reports and update all leave records.
  • Payroll Reporting: Generate reports to meet internal and statutory obligations.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with payroll tax regulations, superannuation payments, and other legislative requirements.
About You

We're looking for a highly skilled Payroll Specialist with at least 3-5 years' experience in a similar position. Your expertise should include proficiency in using payroll software, HRIS systems, and managing multiple awards. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of our team.
