Senior Tenure Manager

This tenure role requires a dynamic professional with experience in managing tenure and knowledge of relevant legislation.
You will provide key inputs and tenure advice into the development of projects, working across mining and infrastructure initiatives in Western Australia.
The successful candidate will be based in Perth, Monday to Friday, with flexible work options considered.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements under the Mining Act, Land Administration Act, and relevant agreements.
- Deliver specialist tenure advice to support project planning and execution.
- Advise on land access and tenure requirements during project development phases.
- Secure tenure and land access approvals for projects.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation associated with land access and tenure tasks.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in tenure management.
- Demonstrated skills in stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Evidence of managing accurate records and documentation.
