Job Opportunity: Home Care Worker

We are seeking passionate care workers to join our team in supporting vulnerable individuals in their homes.

As a Home Care Worker, you will be assisting clients with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and gardening, while also providing social services like organising outings and transportation.

  • Assist with domestic assistance and social services
  • Help review care plans to understand client goals and needs
  • Use an app to track important information and identify potential hazards
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in the Aged Care sector
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • Strong desire to help others live independent and fulfilling lives
  • Friendly personality with good relationship-building skills and respect for dignity and privacy
  • Current Australian Drivers License and registered vehicle (for travel)
