About the Role

As a leader in design and innovation, you will oversee a team of designers to deliver electrical distribution and transmission mains designs that meet customer needs. You will inspire and coach your team members to support customers and each other.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate resources to ensure efficient delivery of customer expectations.
  • Manage project success by managing customer and subcontractor contracts directly and through your team.
  • Inspire, coach and mentor people to grow and realise their potential to support customers and one another.
  • Provide construction support by supporting customers and delivery teams with issues during construction.
  • Prepare and review complex reports, proposals and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meet compliance obligations by observing customer, asset owner, government and other stakeholder policies and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Post Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.
