We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our risk and compliance efforts in the consumer lending space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement and oversee risk management frameworks across various domains including credit, operational, conduct, data/privacy, and reputational risk
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify, assess and mitigate business risks
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Present regular risk reports to stakeholders and provide strategic guidance on risk management
  • Foster a culture of risk awareness and promote best practices across the organization
  • Build and lead a high-performing risk and compliance team

We require a candidate with strong risk and compliance experience in financial services, preferably in consumer lending. A proven leader with a pragmatic approach to managing risk and solid understanding of relevant regulations is essential.
