Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to support individuals with complex disabilities and behaviors of concern.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and grooming
  • Support clients in community access and outdoor activities
  • Help with household tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
  • Administer medications as required
  • Work collaboratively with clients and their families to achieve goals

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Disability or related field
  • 12 months experience supporting individuals with complex disabilities
  • Ability to work flexibly, including day shifts, evening shifts, and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
