About the Role:

PRA is seeking a highly skilled Service Now Developer to join our team for a 12 to 24-month project. As a Service Now Developer, you will play a critical role in enhancing and expanding a unified portal on the Service Now Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Service Now integrations with other technologies, including Identity Management and SAP.
  • Craft and configure solutions using Java Script, HTML, and Service Now Script Editor.
  • Develop and manage Service Catalog items with automation workflows.
  • Work within Scrum methodology, participating in all related events.
  • Implement GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Now administration and development with a deep understanding of the platform and modules.
  • Proven expertise in Service Now architecture, Portal Development (HTML5, Angular JS), and integration with other platforms.
  • Service Now Administrator or Implementation Specialist certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated resilience and the ability to work under pressure.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or New Zealand Citizen with a valid passport.
  • Pre-Employment Checks: Baseline National Security Clearance.
