The work involves complex data analysis, documentation skills, and knowledge of Australian Prudential Standards in relation to credit risk modelling.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting data, performing analytics, and developing credit risk models.
- Designing model methodologies, maintaining and implementing models.
- Reporting outcomes to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Intermediate / Advanced SAS and SQL skills.
- A minimum 5-8 years' experience in a risk analytics or actuarial analytics role within banking/insurance services.
- Knowledge of APS standards relating to credit risk modelling.
- Knowledge of statistical techniques.
- Knowledge of risk management techniques.
