Fleet Relationship Manager

Job Title: Relationship ManagerThe Relationship Manager is responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of customers through the delivery of outstanding customer service and demonstrating an understanding of the customers' needs. This role manages a team of Fleet Managers to respond to and action customer fleet management requests and further seek opportunities to maximize business renewal and organic growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain strong customer relationships and understanding of client needs.
- Lead the team of Fleet Managers to proactively manage the portfolio of customers and deliver professional fleet management.
- Drive a consistent safety and compliance focus with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Capture all business potential of clients and maximize client renewal while maximizing margins.
- Take ownership of issue resolution ensuring contractual obligations and KPI's are measured, met and exceeded.
- Conduct regular customer visit programs to foster and maintain productive relationships with key decision makers.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships at senior corporate level.
- Ability to effectively manage relationships, deliver clear succinct messages supported by evidence.
- Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High level of IT proficiency including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High level numeracy skills with ability to understand complex finance/taxation concepts.
- Comprehensive and up to date understanding of the Australian fleet management, FBT, and salary packing environment.
- Strong understanding of the car industry.
- Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving, patience, flexibility, and cooperativeness.
- Ability to work autonomously.
