The Brand
Our client has curated a collection of their favourite brands from around the world and brought them to life in their Sydney and Melbourne boutiques. Their stores are filled with pieces picked with love and feature hidden treasures from across Europe, the UK, and the US. This brand defines the 'if you know you know' trend.
The Role
As a style-focused and well-networked Store Manager, you will work with an array of sought-after labels, accessories, and lifestyle must-haves. You will be responsible for creating and executing a retail strategy to build a client network, managing day-to-day operations, and developing your talented team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional assistance and styling expertise to all clients
- Develop and maintain VIP relationships, including after-sales service and outreach strategies
- Maintain exceptional visual standards and cleanliness
- Drive personal and team sales through client interaction, product knowledge, and styling to hit and excel set KPIs
The Skillset
The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, has a desire to cultivate and grow customer relationships, and loves leading and working within a team.
- 1-3 years retail management experience, direct customer service preferred
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented focus, growth mindset
- Experience working and selling with technology
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Able to bring a positive, engaging energy to the workplace
- Ability to take initiative, build and maintain customer relationships, and build a personal book

- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and retail holidays
