We are seeking a visionary Project Lead to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation and quality in design and documentation.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in architecture or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of project initiation, planning, and execution.
  • Expertise in multi-residential, residential, commercial, or mixed-use architecture.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
