As a seasoned financial expert, you will be responsible for leading the company's financial governance and driving continuous improvement across the organization. This dynamic role requires a skilled finance professional with technical accounting, audit coordination, and policy oversight expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare statutory financial statements to ensure compliance with statutory standards.
  • Technical Advice: Provide technical advice to the entire organization.
  • ESG Coordination: Collaborate with the ESG team on planning, preparation, and delivery of ESG and sustainability financial related disclosures.
  • Audit Coordination: Coordinate external audits, acting as the key liaison between auditors and internal teams.
  • Policy Management: Manage and update finance and accounting policies to align with evolving accounting standards.
  • Strategic Updates: Provide strategic updates to leadership on changes in financial reporting standards.
  • Core Financial Accounting: Execute core financial accounting tasks, including general ledger postings, reconciliations, and month-end close.
Requirements
  • Chartered Accounting Background: Chartered accounting background, preferably gained at a Big Four firm.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting standards and their application within a business context.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to engage confidently with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive Mindset: Proactive mindset and passion for process improvement and financial integrity.
  • Financial Experience: Experience in financial and sustainability reporting, policy development, and audit coordination.
