Compassionate Caregiver

At Mercy Health, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our clients. As a Home Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting them to live independently at home.

We're seeking reliable and compassionate individuals who are genuinely interested in making a difference in their community. As a Home Care Worker, you'll provide personal care, domestic assistance, assisted shopping and meal preparation to our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with household chores, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation when needed.

You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about providing quality care. We offer ongoing support from a dedicated service team, flexible working hours, and the opportunity to grow your impact and career.

What You'll Bring
  • A current Victorian Driver's Licence.
  • A First Aid Certificate (Level 2).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A safe and sensible approach with a practical understanding of people's physical limitations.

While NDIS Clearance and/or a First Aid qualification are highly valued, they are not essential.
