A Day in the Life of Our Volunteer
  • Welcome and engage customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere in our shop.
  • Process transactions efficiently through point of sale systems, handling cash and eftpos payments professionally.
  • Sort and price donations, maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment.
  • Create attractive displays to attract shoppers and drive sales.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy shop environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Follow all established shop processes and protocols effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Demonstrate a friendly and positive attitude towards colleagues and customers alike.
  • Show sociable and engaging qualities when interacting with others.
  • Be willing to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Show flexibility in taking on various tasks within the shop.
  • Commit to regularly scheduled shifts, ensuring consistency and reliability.
The Application Process
  • No need to submit a resume – simply express your interest in the role.
  • We will then conduct a friendly interview in-store, discussing your qualifications further.
  • Must be at least 15 years old (16 years old in QLD).
  • A National Police check is required, which will be paid for by us.
  • You will also need to complete an Induction program, introducing you to our organization and retail operations.
