As the lead developer of artificial intelligence systems, you will play a key role in architecting and executing AI capabilities that are secure, explainable, and tightly aligned with our research objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the development strategy, ensuring it aligns with business priorities, ethical expectations, and regulatory constraints.
  • Lead the development and deployment of production-grade AI solutions, ensuring scalability, resilience, and compliance from the outset.
  • Design, build, and deploy AI agents to automate tasks, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency across the organization.
  • Develop intelligent systems capable of handling complex data inputs and generating actionable insights.

You will be responsible for managing the trade-offs between innovation and compliance – advancing new solutions while ensuring we never compromise on privacy or trust. You will work closely with our data governance, cybersecurity, and research operations teams to ensure AI systems are technically excellent and legally sound.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying AI solutions, including machine learning models and AI agents.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with experience in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML tools (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
