Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Oversee compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including QHSE and other related requirements.
  • Train and monitor staff, ensuring efficient performance and adherence to best practices.
  • Control warehouse expenses while providing regular reports on warehouse performance to management.
  • Coordinate delivery sequences according to orders and ensure effective RF scanning operations.
  • Attend client meetings and maintain strong communication regarding service delivery and client needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months experience as a supervisor
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Experience using RF Scanners and working in a paperless warehouse
  • Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Warehouse management system experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines and KPI's
