About Our Client
We're a leading Australian-owned company that manufactures and markets innovative acoustic and fire-rated wall systems. As a dedicated dispatch coordinator, you'll play a critical role in managing our operations from Horsley Park.

**Your Role**

  • You will manage the logistics operations, including coordinating the dispatch calendar for delivery scheduling, maintaining accurate stock records using WMS and MYOB systems, and ensuring timely stock updates.
  • You will also be responsible for assigning stock to designated bins, developing product knowledge for optimal support, completing documentation within agreed timeframes, arranging cost-effective transport, and preparing dispatch paperwork.
  • Your other key responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, handling dispatch-related calls, following protocols, procuring reliable freight carriers, organizing the dispatch yard, and overseeing monthly stock takes and maintaining stock levels.

**What You Bring**

  • You have solid experience with Combi or Reach forklifts (a plus) and prior experience as a Dispatch Coordinator or forklift operator.
  • You are familiar with MYOB for order processing, possess customer service skills and experience building client relationships, and have previous warehouse experience with logistics knowledge being beneficial.

**About You**

  • You have prior experience in a similar dispatch or warehousing role, hold a forklift license (mandatory), and have intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • You possess strong communication skills and a professional phone manner, along with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace are essential, as well as flexibility, positivity, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $65,000 - $70,000, depending on your experience.
