Action Workforce, one of Australia's largest Labour Hire Providers, is seeking experienced drivers to join their team.
About the Role:
We are offering multiple positions for heavy rigid truck drivers to carry out pick-ups and deliveries across Adelaide. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to safely and efficiently secure and restrain loads, as well as maintain accurate paperwork and records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out vehicle pre-start checks
- Complete pick-up and deliveries to vendors across Adelaide
- Maintain accurate paperwork and records, including driver logs and delivery documents
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Australian Heavy Rigid license
- A clean driving record
- Proven experience driving heavy rigid trucks for deliveries
- Able to provide a clean Police Check or obtain one
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical assessment and drug and alcohol test
- Familiarity with Adelaide roads
- Experience with refrigerated transport highly regarded
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
