Job Overview

This position involves working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment, where you will be responsible for delivering store operations activities that support sales growth.

  • You will be responsible for effective store administration, including cash handling and banking integrity, systems access and data integrity, and other key areas.
  • You will also be required to manage all sales channel fulfillment in line with procedures and work collaboratively as part of a team in delivering a consistent positive store and channel experience for the customer.
Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Handling and Banking Integrity: Ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions, including cash handling and banking procedures.
  • Tendering Transactions: Effectively process transactions using our POS system.
  • Systems Access and Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records and ensure data is up-to-date and secure.
  • Store Web Sales and Extended Warranty Claims: Manage and process online sales and extended warranty claims efficiently.
  • Telephone Management and Enquiries: Provide exceptional customer service through telephone management and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Promotional Activity: Participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales growth.
  • Inventory Management: Contribute to financial performance by managing inventory levels effectively and controlling controllable expenses.
  • Sales Channel Fulfillment: Ensure all sales channels are fulfilled in accordance with procedures.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a consistent positive store and channel experience for the customer.
