About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting rail operational movements, coordinating recoveries for service issues, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor temperature-controlled loads and action any defects or breaches
  • Proactively resolve operational issues with the best solution for customers and driver safety
  • Provide accurate and detailed reporting for key customer accounts
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in transport operations
  • Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility regulations, load restraint, fatigue management, and Heavy Vehicle regulations
  • Ability to work autonomously and provide timely advice to drivers on the road
  • Strong experience utilizing transport-related systems and Microsoft Office Suite
