  • Own the tender from site inspection through to operational handover.
  • Lead the bid, understand the bid documents, scope of works and contractual requirements.
  • Development of work breakdown activities, cost rates for skilled labor and trade activities.
  • Analyse and measure risk of each tender and necessary projections for the project.
  • Ability to dissect tender packages, compile and prepare client returnable documentation.
  • Provide input on the project planning process to ensure optimum efficiency and lead times are met.
  • Actively seek suitable tendering opportunities and develop relationships with clients, vendors and subcontractors.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Estimating preferably in Asset Remediation, Civil Construction, Infrastructure or Defense environment.
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Construction Management desirable.
  • Construction Induction White Card.
  • Experience in preparing Bill of Quantities for Protective Coatings, Protective Linings, Concrete Repairs, Cathodic Protection, Waterproof Coatings and or other such related remedial construction type activities Desirable but not Essential.
  • Sound experience compiling complex tenders and pricing.
