Delivering high-quality audio productions requires a blend of technical expertise and creative flair. As an Audio Producer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' visions to life.

In this role, you'll oversee in-house recordings, set up our state-of-the-art studio, run voice over sessions, and mix audio for publication across various mediums. You'll work closely with our growing production team and collaborate with the wider creative team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving briefs and scheduling studio time for voice sessions
  • Assessing production requirements and requesting additional information or working files as needed
  • Recording voice over sessions and facilitating playback in client sessions
  • Mixing and mastering audio for Radio, TV, Film, and Online productions
  • Understanding client brand tone and feel, recommending suitable music selections, and post-production touches
  • Completing post-production mixes on projects produced by our wider production team
  • Assisting on set with location sound from time to time
  • Supporting the wider production team as needed
  • Maintaining a well-organized studio archiving system

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A recognized qualification in Audio Engineering & Sound Production, or equivalent experience
  • Industry hands-on experience is highly desirable
  • High attention to detail, laser-clean editing, and an ear for quality
  • A calm temperament and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a team player
  • A willingness to learn and grow with us
