About This Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal part in the commercial management of critical contracts and purchase orders.

You will oversee all commercial aspects of affiliated projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements and organisational standards.

Your role will involve evaluating and managing project commercial risks and interfacing with internal business functions to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating and managing subcontracts and purchase orders within defence industries
  • Addressing risks, incorporating compensation provisions, and ensuring appropriate flow downs from contracts
  • Overseeing all commercial aspects of projects, including finance, insurance, estimating, controls, compliance, and procurement activities
  • Solving complex commercial and procurement-related challenges with specialised knowledge
  • Evaluating and managing project commercial risks in alignment with internal policies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders to ensure contract fulfillment and address project challenges
