Principal Technical Program Manager

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Principal Technical Program Manager to join our Software Assurance organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale, global programs and projects, focusing on software assurance in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Manage complex global programs and projects end-to-end in a highly matrix organization, manage roadmap and deliver outcomes.
- Plan, schedule, and manage the execution of project activities for the software assurance team.
- Create iteration work plans with input from various technical teams, including application security, mobile, cloud applications and security teams.
- Work with a diversified group of stakeholders and technical leads to identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Track work progresses and create audience-appropriate status reporting.
- Develop, and maintain agile board(s), Jira issues and Confluence pages.
- Drive on-schedule project outcomes by focusing on deliverables, identifying dependencies and obstacles, and taking ownership to remove the impediments for the delivery teams.
- Mentor project team members and peers and lead using influence.
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cyber Security or related discipline.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in program and project management.
- 5+ years leading complex technical/engineering programs in the areas of Cloud or Mobile applications or Security Research.
- Ability to manage all phases of the software development life cycle.
- Experience in managing cloud-based projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to facilitate meetings, capture minutes and action items, and drive to-dos to completion.
- Schedule awareness – ability to communicate priorities and sequence project work.
- Ability to manage cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams in various time zones.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) with different levels in the org.
- Expertise with tools Jira, Confluence
- PMP or other Project/Program Management industry certification(s).
- Cloud Certification(s) (OCI).
- Eligibility to work in Australia without sponsorship
- Work with a team of very skilled and diverse personnel across the globe
